2. Cooking Step (Trend Step)
This tab shows the entire cooking process to a specific temperature.
3. Cooking and Cooling (Trend Step Prediction)
When a batch is running in real time, you will see solid lines and a dotted line. The solid line is the official recorded data points. The dotted line is the current prediction of time when the trend step (cooking or cooling) will be completed.
4. Keeping Step (Steady Step)
This tab is showing a recipe step where a specific temperature has to be maintained for an alloted time.
5. Rapid Cooling Step (Trend Step)
This tab is showing a trend step where the cooked product requires rapid cooling.
